Supplementing For Human Control Factors

The Question remains!

No mater how you look at it. Becoming climate neutral is crucial to humanities survival.

What does it matter if “our footprint” as a civilization is contributing to global warming or global cooling? What does it matter if the science is absolute when determining civilizations effect, or the cyclical cycle of increased solar spot activity effect?

Some say empirical evidence, from both written and geologic records, indicates global temperature modulates in cycles of warming and cooling, with 57 degrees Fahrenheit as the normal mean temperature throughout a continuing 4500 year cycle. The current conjecture is, we may reach it’s recent past height set in 1100 B.C., again around 2030. There is also conjecture that the many volcano eruptions over past recorded history also played a role in rapid global temperature change.

In our time, a most significant climate control factor is human population .

“A scientific report commissioned by the US government has concluded there is “clear evidence” of climate change caused by human activities. The report, from the federal Climate Change Science Program, said trends seen over the last 50 years “cannot be explained by natural processes alone”. It found that temperatures have increased in the lower atmosphere as well as at the Earth’s surface.”¹

“The human population growth of the last century has been truly phenomenal. It required only 40 years after 1950 for the population to double from 2.5 billion to 5 billion. This doubling time is less than the average human lifetime. The world population passed 6 billion just before the end of the 20th century. Present estimates are for the population to reach 8-12 billion before the end of the 21st century. During each lecture hour, more than 10,000 new people enter the world, a rate of ~3 per second!

Of the 6 billion people, about half live in poverty and at least one fifth are severely undernourished. The rest live out their lives in comparative comfort and health.

The factors affecting global human population are very simple. They are fertility, mortality, initial population, and time. The current growth rate of ~1.3% per year is smaller than the peak which occurred a few decades ago (~2.1% per year in 1965-1970), but since this rate acts on a much larger population base, the absolute number of new people per year (~90 million) is at an all time high.”²

Hypothetically, If someone were to survive climate collapse, and in retrospect using simple minded deductions, look back and note that population has always been on the increase, and eventually we would be where we are today anyway; who could fault them after every possible stone was turned as first president in the effort to stem the tide.

Nature has it’s own way of maintaining balance.

Species responsibility demands action and movement toward human climate neutrality.

We face the evident melting polar and glacier ice, rising oceans, the real threat of disappearing sovereign nations (The Maldives), disappearing rivers, great rivers no longer reaching the sea, lack of fresh water, over use of non-renewable aquifers, disappearing streams and empty wells, deforestation, dying species both plant and animal, over use of available land, food shortage, homeless starving people, sickness, and death.

“What is really interesting at the moment is what is happening to our oceans. They are the Earth’s great heat stores. Pacific ocean (BBC) In the last few years [the Pacific Ocean] has been losing its warmth and has recently started to cool down.

According to research conducted by Professor Don Easterbrook from Western Washington University last November, the oceans and global temperatures are correlated. The oceans, he says, have a cycle in which they warm and cool cyclically. The most important one is the Pacific decadal oscillation (PDO).

For much of the 1980s and 1990s, it was in a positive cycle, that means warmer than average. And observations have revealed that global temperatures were warm too. But in the last few years it has been losing its warmth and has recently started to cool down.

These cycles in the past have lasted for nearly 30 years.

So could global temperatures follow? The global cooling from 1945 to 1977 coincided with one of these cold Pacific cycles. Professor Easterbrook says: “The PDO cool mode has replaced the warm mode in the Pacific Ocean, virtually assuring us of about 30 years of global cooling.”

So what does it all mean? Climate change sceptics argue that this is evidence that they have been right all along. They say there are so many other natural causes for warming and cooling, that even if man is warming the planet, it is a small part compared with nature.

But those scientists who are equally passionate about man’s influence on global warming argue that their science is solid.

The UK Met Office’s Hadley Centre, responsible for future climate predictions, says it incorporates solar variation and ocean cycles into its climate models, and that they are nothing new. In fact, the centre says they are just two of the whole host of known factors that influence global temperatures – all of which are accounted for by its models.

In addition, say Met Office scientists, temperatures have never increased in a straight line, and there will always be periods of slower warming, or even temporary cooling. What is crucial, they say, is the long-term trend in global temperatures. And that, according to the Met office data, is clearly up.

To confuse the issue even further, last month Mojib Latif, a member of the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) says that we may indeed be in a period of cooling worldwide temperatures that could last another 10-20 years. Iceberg melting (BBC)

Professor Latif is based at the Leibniz Institute of Marine Sciences at Kiel University in Germany and is one of the world’s top climate modellers. But he makes it clear that he has not become a sceptic; he believes that this cooling will be temporary, before the overwhelming force of man-made global warming reasserts itself.

So what can we expect in the next few years?

Both sides have very different forecasts. The Met Office says that warming is set to resume quickly and strongly. It predicts that from 2010 to 2015 at least half the years will be hotter than the current hottest year on record (1998).

Sceptics disagree. They insist it is unlikely that temperatures will reach the dizzy heights of 1998 until 2030 at the earliest. It is possible, they say, that because of ocean and solar cycles a period of global cooling is more likely.

One thing is for sure. It seems the debate about what is causing global warming is far from over. Indeed some would say it is hotting up.”³

A Possible Small Window of Opportunity…

“Air pollution can affect our health in many ways with both short-term and long-term effects. Different groups of individuals are affected by air pollution in different ways. Some individuals are much more sensitive to pollutants than are others. Young children and elderly people often suffer more from the effects of air pollution. People with health problems such as asthma, heart and lung disease may also suffer more when the air is polluted. The extent to which an individual is harmed by air pollution usually depends on the total exposure to the damaging chemicals, i.e., the duration of exposure and the concentration of the chemicals must be taken into account.

Examples of short-term effects include irritation to the eyes, nose and throat, and upper respiratory infections such as bronchitis and pneumonia. Other symptoms can include headaches, nausea, and allergic reactions. Short-term air pollution can aggravate the medical conditions of individuals with asthma and emphysema. In the great “Smog Disaster” in London in 1952, four thousand people died in a few days due to the high concentrations of pollution.

Long-term health effects can include chronic respiratory disease, lung cancer, heart disease, and even damage to the brain, nerves, liver, or kidneys. Continual exposure to air pollution affects the lungs of growing children and may aggravate or complicate medical conditions in the elderly. It is estimated that half a million people die prematurely every year in the United States as a result of smoking cigarettes.”⁴

Much of the carbon culture or climate, smells of “dirty business” who’s only aim is turning scarcity into abundance at the expense of the whole. Where is the value in that? …

We have knowledge of known unused, and new developing technologies that can make “Our Energy Climate Change Footprint” a non issue.

Is it not true; the continued development, production, and distribution of such technologies themselves would produce abundance beyond measure…

What follows is an audio interview with Mark Goldes, known for his work with superconductors and as a government contractor. So why haven’t we heard about it and why is the world not running with the “new ball”? Conventional thinking and the arrogance it engenders says it’s not possible.

What’s next for Magnetic Power Inc.! A hybrid electric ZPE car that never needs to be plugged in hopefully appearing in the next 12 months. A car that generates surplus electricity that local utility companies could buy. Other estimates of later developments where the ZPE module replaces the electric engine could enable an owner to distribute energy from a parked car without plugging it in. The Magnetic Air Car allegedly uses three on-board substations to compress air up to “mach-one force airflow”, which is then channeled, modulated, and converted to torque that propels the car. They are using air-bearing turbochargers to create mechanical energy (converting air pressure to car motion), something both NASA and Toyota are also looking at. The car uses a silicon salt battery that has 30% more mass power than a lead acid storage battery and can charge completely within an hour. The 95 percent recyclable battery can also can be used in a temperature range from -40 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius.

According to Magnetic Air Car™ “The “Silicon Energy Storage Battery”, excites a zero point energy Magnetic Motor, builds to max RPM and recharges the battery. What The Energy Cartels Would Rather You Not Know…Environmental Friendly Power Independence For Every Human ~ Part One Of Five Part History

All You Need Is The Right Equipment to Tune It In, Turn It On, And Appreciate…

This is a five part introduction to energy technologies that are not all new, some are being re-discovered. The first three posts lay a foundation by revealing background information about the early proponents and their contributions.

There are sources revisited in this series that where discovered, demonstrated, and witnessed, yet never documented or verified, that make many if not all sources used and emerging today appear primitive. Sources that need to be; yes that’s right; “tuned in”, not captured by any current process, or converted from available materials! Who wouldn’t want a source of energy like that? A priceless source in every sense of the word, available to make each and every individual power independent.

Included are sources that are now available, including innovations in technologies being introduced, and now on the drawing board, that can be re-engineered to allow anyone to be power independent. Off grid, you make your own!

What follows is the history of the dawning of these technologies that is at least seventy years old.

A Question! Why do we hear of fossil fuel depletion as a reason for grave concern when after research and consideration there is demonstratively available science and technology, some unconventional by current standards and practices, limitless and exquisite in nature, that make our present technologies outdated and comparable to the change from Conestoga Wagons to Trains or the Pony Express to the Telegraph? Technologies that accomplish the same things we do today, cleaner, totally environmentally friendly, virtually free to the user, available, some already patented, and as yet not utilized.

Is it that virtually free to the user, zero cost power, and power independence for every human being has the energy market tied up in knots. Or is it that the individual consciousness is unable to value virtually free and therefore can’t bring itself to valuate it?

No need to plug your vehicle in to charge it at paid charging stations, fill up at a hydrogen station, or assume a higher home hydro bill; or any bill at all. You can produce your own hydro and your own hydrogen at no cost, and every house or hut on the planet can do the same, and since the change is the right thing to do for environmental stability, I would expect the industrial complex to keep us provided with the equipment that makes it all possible and happily accept our thanks.

Considering our economic climate, it could represent a revolutionary change and the next new deal helping propel us out of the fix the financial sector is responsible for putting us in.

Some of these technologies are already patented. The patent office has refused to patent some of the more promising ones even after demonstrations that they work. I ask you! If I can demonstrate a technology works safely repeatedly, and can be used as an answer to a pressing need of our time, why would you insist on conventionalizing it into some current scientific notions before using it? Is this not the age of thinking outside the box? In the pioneer days of Orville Wright, Alexander Graham Bell, Thomas Edison, and Nikola Tesla, did the many that first used the technologies they produced know the scientific principles that made them work. Not likely! They were simply hailed as “marvelous inventions” and accepted.

The Wright brothers flying machine gave us the advent of the aerospace age, the Thomas Edison Brockton three wire electrical distribution system was the precursor of the electrical system used today, Alexander Graham Bells Telephone is now a device that over eighty five percent of people carry with them where ever they go, and the thousands of marvels Nikola Tesla gave us including power generating coils, neon lights and remote control where all new science of wonder and awe for their time that matured to become an array of different utilities.

So what is the problem? Is it that these wondrously superior new technologies would by necessity displace technologies already in place. Don’t we call that progress?

The idea that we need to create all new science to solve the environmental problem is an illusion. A seeking mind can already find there exists answers to global warming beyond what amounts to a “scrub up” program. Although considering the mess we’ve made a “scrub up” program is a wise interim measure to the final solution.

We have countries that are in financial destitution or suffering internal strife because the needs of the individual are not met and as a nation they struggle to maintain their standing. The question is why do they have to shore up their foundations with outside aid? Putting resources where they are really needed, embracing the needs of the planet that nurtures us, becoming the vanguard for the new technologies needed and already at hand, will provide new industry sectors, jobs, and security for their inhabitants and the birth of a new age of technologies able harmonize the planet and provide the next stable economy.

The late Dr. Eugene Mallove who was murdered after a discussion meeting about some of these new technologies places these new technologies in three general categories.

“For almost nine years I have been the editor of Infinite Energy, the magazine of new energy science and technology. Though it is now small in circulation, Infinite Energy is received worldwide in some forty countries. And, Infinite Energy is distributed to newsstands across the United States and Canada. My friend and colleague, Sir Arthur C. Clarke, has supported with words and resources some of our efforts on behalf of new energy. The research that Infinite Energy covers suggests that there are at least three major categories of radically new sources of energy that civilization is on the verge of being able to tap and reduce to practical technologies. These are the completely new forms of energy for which this Appeal for Support is being issued. New Energy is the term that we apply to new sources of energy that are currently not recognized as feasible by the “scientific establishment,” but for which overwhelming and compelling evidence exists, we suggest, in at least these major categories:

Category 1. New hydrogen physics (a.k.a. “cold fusion,” more generally Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions or LENR, “hydrino” physics, and other water-based energy sources. Copious technical and other information about this research may be found on these two diverse websites:(links to sites can be found in the blogroll ) lenr-canr.org and blacklightpower.com as well as Dr. Eugene Mallove’s own site, infinite-energy.com. The upshot of this energy-from-water field is that within ordinary water there is a heretofore unimaginably large energy reservoir that may be as great as 300 gallons of gasoline energy equivalent within each gallon of plain water! This energy would be non-polluting, would have no hazardous radiation, and would, in effect, have a zero fuel cost. Only one cubic kilometer of ocean water would provide energy equivalent to all the known oil reserves on Earth. In responding to a special plea by Sir Arthur C. Clarke, the White House requested from me a technically-based Memorandum on this topic in February 2000. This 8,500-word Memorandum, “The Strange Birth of the Water Fuel Age,” was submitted to the Clinton Administration and later to the Bush Administration. Here is a piece of history from the attached memorandum.

” Recent events: Senator John McCain, running in the New Hampshire primary for the Republican presidential nomination, agreed to be briefed on cold fusion. He kept his word. Within a week of his promise, he sent a top aide to our offices at the Bow Technologies Center. He received briefing materials that were to be handed to the Senator. Thus, Senator McCain became the very first major party presidential candidate in history to receive a high-level briefing about cold fusion. This briefing occurred before he won the February 1 New Hampshire Republican primary by a large margin over Governor Bush of Texas and others.”

I read the memorandum several times and now wonder if it was dismissed out of hand because it had not been written by a team of lawyers, rather than a simple scientist who stood in awe at the discoveries he was making. It asks for a review of the substantial evidence-in particular the copious evidence developed over the past 14 years in U.S. Federal laboratories-for this category of anomalous new physics energy. Unfortunately, apart from polite “Thank You” notes, no disscernable action has been taken by either administration. The 10th International Conference on Cold Fusion (ICCF10) was held near and at MIT in August 2003. Actual public demonstrations of excess energy production in electrolytic cells occurred at MIT’s Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Wall Street Journal science journalist Sharon Begley attended ICCF10 and wrote a fine column in the September 5, 2003 issue of WSJ, “Cold Fusion Isn’t Dead, It’s Withering From Scientific Neglect.” Among other surprising technical developments at ICCF10 was the presentation by a well-funded Israeli corporation, Energetics Technologies, which appears to have made enormous strides in overcoming some of the problems with the low-energy nuclear reactions phenomenon. Isn’t it time that the experimental data from this significant field of scientific work is reviewed by an unbiased panel, unlike the rush-to-judgment hostile group in 1989, which inexcusably botched that investigation? Why aren’t the many politicians who have been informed about this taking action? Are they perhaps fearful of the all-to-common “sneer review” from the Scientific Establishment?

Category 2. Vacuum energy, Zero Point Energy or “ZPE” for short, aether energy, or space energy. These are descriptions of vast energy sources from the vacuum state. Information about this most radical and paradigm-shattering physics and technology research can be found on websites: www.aetherometry.com, and www.aethera.org. In the mid-1990s, Dr. Paulo and Alexandra Correa in the Toronto area obtained three US patents on an astonishing technological device, the so-called Pulsed Abnormal Glow Discharge (PAGDTM) reactor. In its several embodiments, it already produces kilowatt-level electrical, thermal, and mechanical output power. Successful testing of the PAGD by outside parties, including Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) and Ontario Hydro, regrettably did not lead to commercial arrangements to further the development of this scientific wonder, which has been meticulously documented in the three United States-granted Correa patents. (Uri Soudak, former Chief Technology Officer of IAI, is still involved with the project here in the U.S.) The Correas and Dr. Harold Aspden, IBM’s former chief of patent operations in Europe (from 1963 to 1983), have provided convincing theoretical explanations, based on concrete experiments with a variety of fundamental phenomena, all of which illuminate how this unsuspected vacuum state energy can be extracted by the PAGD reactor. The advent (possibly in only 2-3 years) of self-sustaining electrical power-generating units in the multi-kilowatt power range appears to be only a matter of gathering a relatively small amount of engineering/scientific development funding, in the low several tens of million dollars range.

Category 3. Environmental energy, i.e. energy from sensible thermal energy (in particular, energy of molecular motion), through significant extensions to the Second Law of Thermodynamics. The Proceedings of an important scientific conference dealing with this subject gives great insight into this work: Quantum Limits to the Second Law: First International Conference on Quantum Limits to the Second Law (San Diego, CA, July 28-31, 2002), Professor Daniel P. Sheehan, Editor, American Institute of Physics, Conference Proceedings, #643, 2002. A strong consensus of a significant number of the scientist attendees, as reported by the author, is that it will be possible to make utilitarian machines that convert the thermal energy in the environment to useful work, without a lower temperature reservoir to dump waste heat. This would be in direct contravention of the supposedly sacrosanct Second Law of Thermodynamics. These devices would be nearly perfect “free energy” machines. Accurate simulations of such devices have been carried out and the results published in peer-reviewed journals. Some of the authors predict that such prototype devices could be reduced to small prototype units within five years.”

Many of us call these emerging new energy technology recent discoveries, I will review some I suggest are at close to 100 years old. This series will review free energy technology and resource claims old and new. Some technologies first witnessed as early as 1930 capable of making the use of oil and oil by-products and internal combustion engines for transportation and electrical power production obsolete.

Among the forms available this series will focus on magnetic energy, radiant energy also called “cold electricity”, Zero Point Energy, Hydrogen, Plasma, and Joe Cell that can freely be extracted directly from the environment and immediately make a difference to the global warming dilemma. The radiant energy can perform the same function as the electricity we create with greenhouse gas producing combustion technologies today, and at 1% of today’s energy producing cost.

Other blog articles will also review current green technologies and some emerging ones capable of easing the transition during the interim period of change to healthy power sources.

All from free and green sources have the potential to forever change the landscape of the world economy, as we know it. Bringing to an end the markets, and economic dominance of some of the most prominent corporations involved in fossil fuel and nuclear combustion energy infrastructures and technologies of our time.

I am not trying to be cynical when I say, it has been said “A rich man will sell you the rope to hang yourself if there is a dollar profit in it”. I have seen the truth of it. The energy cartels have to stop viewing the change as a threat and invest in the change or be swept away by the advancing technology.

The man who raised me as a child was my father’s father. If he were alive today he would be 107 years old in a few months. He was carpenter, cabinetmaker, naval master shipwright, superintendent of construction, and inventor. He made me aware, as a young lad, of the difficulties an inventor faces when attempting to change the face of history explaining the sale and shelving of copyrights and patents never to be used for the benefit of mankind that he himself was subjected to. He in the 1960s spoke of a technology capable of transmitting free energy through the air that could be tuned into and used to power transportation and housing needs. Today after much research I realize these where popular concepts during his youth when he was researching new ideas among creative minds of his time. He disappeared from the Earth 24 years ago with a smile on his face at 83 years of age.

The idea of using free energy gathered from nature, without dependence on an external power source was first revealed as an invention of Nikola Tesla. Some of the inventions that can be attributed to Nikola, a Serbian physicist remembered as an electromechanical engineer, and called the father of wireless telegraphy, are the radio (decided by court decision against Edison) , the TV, AC poly phase, 60 cycle electricity, the brushless motor, fluorescent and neon lights, wireless communications, the Tesla coil, all coils we use today, transformers, hydro generators, and just about everything at a power plant, laser beams, particle beams, helicopters, robotics, and remote control, among many more.

You have to wonder why a man with over 1200 patents to his name, and said to be able to dictate 1000 more from memory, a man who contributed so much to the advancement of mankind, was somehow removed from the textbooks in the 1950s. Today he is remembered as being a great inventor but poor businessman. I can’t help wondering does the expression “the victors write the history in their own image” have meaning here? Were his greatest and most important inventions discredited or forgotten for the sake of profit? The thought of the individual having control of his own natural resources, who’s dreaming!

Nikola Tesla’s greatest dream was to have everyone tap into a free energy source that could be distributed through the air, with power station towers in global positions. This energy could power any form of transportation, cars, buses, boats, trains, airplanes, and others, a totally clean safe source of power.

His one working large scale “Magnifying Transmitter” Wardencliffe Tower was built at Long Island New York in 1910. Wardencliffe was to be a worldwide power and communications transmission system. Wardencliffe created a huge electron hammer that rang the Earth’s negatively charged electrostatic field producing a controlled lightning strike on the Earth. This caused a large wave to propagate around the Earth to the antipode, and reflect back to the power station. As the wave came back to the power station another controlled lightning bolt was coming down the secondary to add energy to the first wave, and so on. Eventually Tesla proposed to create usable standing waves of radiant energy at overlapping geophysical positions around the world.

The Wardencliffe project was funded by J.P. Morgan who stopped funding the project when he realized the power would be free and there was no way of attaching a meter to measure consumption. The Wardencliffe Tower was then disassembled.

Wardencliffe Tower was a means of distributing radiant energy or cold electricity that could be tuned into using a frequencies tuning device and distributed as a communication or power source.

David Thomson at tesla-coil-builder.com today is working on theories for using Tesla coil electrostatic potential. His claim, if pointed to the Earth from a free moving object, the resulting waveform would repel the Earth since both are negative in charge. The repulsion thereby created by the object could be strong enough to cause the object to remain levitated, or even lift away from the Earth. David Thomson states, “Such a propulsion system would not have to be limited to Earth travel. Creating a charged standing wave on a spacecraft and pointing the charge at the solar wind could provide propulsion. The charge could be made to repel the solar wind to move away, or be attracted to slow down or move toward the Sun. The charge could also be pointed toward a planet or moon when close enough. Since the charge is maintained in a standing wave, it would take hardly any energy at all to maintain the standing wave. The energy could be gathered from a solar panel. It may not provide the sole power for the craft, but it would be a cheap and light auxiliary propulsion system for long distance solar system travel.”

Just think, no more pollution from space shuttles and rockets with the possibility of adaptation for domestic air travel with no more crude (no pun intended) combustion fueled propulsion.

Nikola Tesla was not a rich man and even with 1200 patents to his name, was dependent on the patronage of the wealthy to create his projects. Key among the funding of Nikola Tesla projects was J.P.Morgan and George Westinghouse. George Westinghouse only paid Tesla a portion of the patent money owed Tesla, Westinghouse and his company were almost bankrupt at one point. Westinghouse asked Tesla to forgive the debt to keep the Westinghouse Co. from bankruptcy. Tesla forgave the debt for his friend George Westinghouse and never got all the money he was promised, a good indication that the work meant more than the money to him.

After being prevented building his large “Magnifying Transmitter” Nicola Tesla spent years developing a smaller prototype to harness the same principle. In 1930 Nikola Tesla produced a car that reportedly collected a mysterious etherized natural energy for power. The story tells of a modified 1930 Pierce Arrow with the gas powered engine removed and an 80 H.P. 1800 R.P.M. electric motor made by the Westinghouse Co. as a replacement, and installed to the clutch and transmission. The A.C. motor measured 40 inches long, 30 inches in diameter, and the power leads were left standing in the air attached to no external power source! He went to a radio store and purchased 12 tubes, wires and assorted resistors. A box 24 inches long, 12 inches wide and 6 inches high was assembled housing the circuitry. The box was placed on the front seat and had its wires connected to the air-cooled, brushless motor. Two rods 1/4″ in diameter stuck out of the box about 3″ in length.”

Many tried to discredit his ethereally powered car; unable to believe an electrically powered automobile would have an electric motor that required no obvious outside source of power. All You Need Is The Right Equipment to Tune It In, Turn It On, And Appreciate…

What follows is the history of the dawning of these technologies that is at least seventy years old.

Considering our economic climate, it could represent a revolutionary change and the next new deal helping propel us out of the fix the financial sector is responsible for putting us in.

So what is the problem? Is it that these wondrously superior new technologies would by necessity displace technologies already in place. Don’t we call that progress?

The late Dr. Eugene Mallove who was murdered after a discussion meeting about some of these new technologies places these new technologies in three general categories.

Since Nikola Tesla’s time others have independently experimented with the same technology in other ways.

In his book “The Sea of Energy in Which the Earth Floats” 1978 edition, Thomas Henry Moray recounts his experiences with radiant energy and his radiant energy receiver. What follow will be excerpts from the original work, now titled “The Sea of Energy”. Radiant energy, the term Moray has used to describe that source of energy coming from the cosmos to earth and radiating from the earth back from whence it came.

This is the energy the Moray device captures and could be described as those particles of energy pervading all space. In the evolution of energy and the evolution of matter these particles of matter and energy (one and the same) manifest under certain conditions as pure energy and under others as pure matter. Radiant Energy from the cosmos, like radiant particles of matter, being composed of an infinitesimal quantity whose behaviours are described by mathematical equations similar to those used for describing electrical waves, keeping in mind to differentiate between wavelength and frequency.

Radiant Energy is particles of energy, just as light is wavelengths and particles are comparable to the electron and magnetron: a ring of negative electricity traveling in a vortex with the speed of light, streams of energy quanta, each quantum having energy and momentum where the electron revolves around the proton at a distance equal to the electron radius. To summarize: Radiant Energy as herein used is that energy existing in the aluminiferous medium of the universe, kinetic and exercised in wave transmission and rendered sensible by conversion of its energy into a detectable frequency. In the final analysis, Radiant Energy is a means of using the energy released by the fissionable reactions taking place in the stellar crucibles of the universe.

[p. 31] Henry Moray demonstrated that energy was available by its actions on a resistive load, such as a flatiron or a space heater, and by lighting lights. A resistive load is directly proportional to the amount of energy delivered to it. In heating a heater or lighting a light, the number of watts produced can be calculated as equal to the number of watts consumed. This energy is fed into a load to give either heat/light, or power. A motor can be operated but must be designed for high frequency.

The Radiant Energy device used an antenna and a ground connected to his solid state RE device… He was able to show that none of the energy came from within his device. Internally the device was electrically dead when it had not been connected and tuned to the antenna. When his device was set up, he could connect it to an antenna and ground, and by priming it first and then tuning it as he primed it, the device would draw electrical energy. This high frequency electrical energy produced up to 250,000 volts and it lighted a brighter light than witnesses had ever before seen. Heavy loads could be connected to the device without dimming the lights that were already connected to it. This device worked many miles from any known source of electrical energy. Such as transmission lines or radio. The device produced up to 50,000 watts of power and worked for long periods of time….

He assumed at first that this energy was electromagnetic in origin; however, he never claimed that it was electromagnetic in nature. He assumed at first that this energy came from the earth. But later he believed it was from the universe. Finally he began to believe that it was present throughout all space, intermolecular space as well as terrestrial and celestial space. He did not necessarily understand how his detectors operated, only that if he very carefully built the device according to his calculations it worked. He was able to demonstrate the existence of an energy that today, though it has not been identified or proven, has been theorized by many researchers…

[p. 32] As early as 1904, Nicola Tesla, experimenting with AC currents of high potential and high frequency, said: “Ere many generations pass, our machinery will be driven by a power obtainable at any point in the universe… Throughout space there is energy. Is this energy static or kinetic? If static, our hopes are in vain; if kinetic — and this we know it is for certain — then it is a mere question of time when men will succeed in attaching their machinery to the very wheelwork of nature.”

[p. 35] The following is [excerpted from] a booklet printed about 1932, entitled “Brief History of Moray Radiant Device”: The largest instrument being about 6 inches high and circular in shape and about 8 inches in diameter… We went out on the roof of the chicken coop carrying the device on a small drafting board, erected an antenna upon the roof of the coop, the antenna being about 100 feet from the house. We pulled the main line switches in the house before going out upon the roof. Mr Judd had me move the drafting board from place to place and I also had him examine the inside of the coop for hidden equipment. I then put the machine together in his presence and the device was then started. Mr Judd timed me to see how long it would take to bring in the light. I was able to light-watt type CGE lamp to full capacity and also to heat to the sizzling point an old style Hotpoint electric flat iron that consumed 655 watts. Mr Judd asked me to take off the antenna. The light went out. It was connected again and the light reappeared. We drove a new ground at a spot selected by Mr Judd, made a connection over to a new ground and the light burned dim but came brighter and brighter as the new ground was driven deeper and deeper…

[p. 36] Whenever the ground or antenna is left disconnected too long the device becomes electrically dead and must be retuned in order to obtain the energy…

[p. 37] Dr Eyring found no fault with the demonstration and the worst that he could say about it was that it might be induction, but that if I would take the device out in the mountains away from all power lines, a distance of 3 or 4 miles, and it would then operate he would then acknowledge that it could not be induction and that his theory was wrong and mine right… At last they decided to go up Emigration Canyon, as there are no power lines in that canyon… All three gentlemen were very well satisfied and pleased with what they saw…

[p. 40] “The antenna wire was put up without any aid or instructions whatever from Mr Moray, except that he suggested that the wire be stretched tighter to prevent so much sag at the center. This was done and the wire then appeared to clear the ground by about 7 or 8 feet at its lowest point. The ground pipe was of 1/2-inch water pipe consisting of two sections. The lower section was pointed at the end to make its driving into the creek bed easy. It was about 6 feet long and after being driven down about 5 feet the second section, which was about 4 feet long, was screwed on with a wrench and the pipe further driven down until it struck a hard object… I judge about 7 feet of pipe was in the ground. The antenna wire was insulated from the poles with two glass insulators about 6 inches long and having holes in both ends. A piece of wire about 2 feet long connected each insulator with the pole. The lead-in wire was fastened to the antenna wire at a point about 10 or 15 feet from the east pole. I helped Mr Moray solder the connection[s]… I stepped the distance between the two antenna poles and estimated it to be 87 feet… Mr Moray’s equipment, aside from the antenna and ground wires, consisted of a brown box about the size of a butter box, another unpainted box slightly smaller, a fibre board box about 6″ x 4″ x 4″, which Mr Moray referred to as containing the tubes. And a metal baseboard about 14″ x 4″ x 1″ containing what appeared to be a magnet at one end, a switch near the middle and a receptacle for an electric light globe at the other end. There were also several posts for connecting wires on the baseboard… When all of the wires connections were made and everything was in readiness Mr Moray began tuning in. Before tuning in he placed the key on the post: he said it would be in contact with while the light burns but no light appeared. The tuning in consisted of stroking the end of a magnet across two metal projections protruding from what I referred to above as being a magnet. After tuning in for slightly more than 10 minutes the key was put on the operating post and the light appeared immediately… Mr Moray put the key on the operating post two or three times before during the tuning in operation but no light appeared… We allowed the light to burn for 15 minutes… The brilliancy of the light, a 100-watt globe… was about 75% as bright as a 100-watt globe connected to an ordinary house socket in my opinion. It was an even light, without fluctuations of any kind. While the light was burning Mr Moray disconnected the antenna lead-in wire from the apparatus and the light went out. He connected it again and the light appeared. He also disconnected the ground wire and the light went out. He then connected it and the light appeared again.”

[p. 42] [In another demonstration], — I [T. Moray] opened the device and let them see everything except one small part that I was able to place my hand over and hide in my fist. This part I cut off and put in my vest pocket. Everything else I let them examine to their hearts’ content. “If that part is able to make such power itself it’s some device and worth selling. Such a battery would be worthwhile”, were some of the remarks passed…

[p. 48] On several occasions Dr Moray would disconnect the antenna wire momentarily, but not long enough to lose the light. [p. 49] Salt Lake City, Utah, October 10, 1928 ~ To Whom It May Concern: Below is a report of my observation of the Moray cosmic energy device. The aerial used is about 200 feet long and is about 80 feet above the ground: the wire is a copper cable approximately a fourth inch in diameter, and well insulated. The ground is the water pipe in the basement of Dr Moray’s home. The device was assembled in a trunk through the sides of which were holes for the connections to ground and to the antenna and for observation; the said holes were about one-half inch in diameter. There were two boxes about 10 by 20 by 4 inches, one on top of the other; both were closed and the covers fastened with screws. On the upper box was lying an insulating panel about an inch thick by 15 inches long and 3 inches wide; it is of slate or hard rubber or some material of similar appearance. On this were two binding posts that were connectible by means of a small switch; also mounted on this panel is a body about 2-1/2-inches square, wrapped in friction tape, from which protrude two poles about 1/4-inch in diameter, apparently of sift iron. A double receptacle for light globes was connected in the circuit. In one of which was a 20-watt globe, and in the other a 100 watt globe… Dr Moray then took a magnet, which was a very broad, short limbed U, and began to stroke one pole of it on the poles in the taped body: Mr Jensen placed his fingers on the binding posts several times, and at last received a rather vigorous shock; Mr Moray then threw the switch and the globes lighted… As a further proof that the conversion of the energy was due to the mechanism in the box, Dr Moray hit the table on which the trunk was standing, a moderate blow with a hammer whereupon the light flickered and went off, due to the detector being shaken out of adjustment. The boxes in which the mechanism had been hosed during the test were opened and the contents examined; there were condensers, the detector, a transformer, and two tubes in them but nothing else, that in the least resembled a battery. It is to be noted that after a total run of 158 hours the device supplied 635 watts. Inasmuch as a horsepower is but 746 watts this equals 0.878 of a horsepower or slightly more than 7/8 horsepower. This alone is sufficient to dispose of any suggestion of a battery…

[p. 54] To All Whom It May Concern (June 25, 1929): It is now more than 2 years since I first became acquainted with Dr T. H. Moray and the work he is carrying on, and in that time he has demonstrated inventive ability of an exceptional order. Perhaps the most wonderful of his inventions is a device whereby he is able to draw electric power from an antenna. This energy is not derived by induction from power lines, as has been suggested by some, nor is it derived from radio stations, as has been demonstrated by taking the apparatus more than 26 miles from the nearest power line and over a hundred miles from the nearest radio station and showing that it operates just as well as anywhere else. This device was subjected to an endurance test in which it was operated continuously for a week, and at the end of that time a 100-watt lamp was lighted simultaneously with the heating of a 575 watt standard Hotpoint flat iron, making a total of 675 watts; it is very evident that no batteries could sustain such a drain as this. He has also invented a very sensitive sound detector whereby it is possible to hear conversations carried on in an ordinary tome of voice at a distance of several blocks. He has also worked out numerous radio hook-ups which eliminate many of the parts now considered necessary for good reception, yet there is no diminution in quality or volume; in fact, there is a notable elimination of interference from static when some of these are used. He has devised a means by which he is able to measure with some degree of accuracy the energy evolved during mental activity; that is, he gets definite, variable deflections of the needle of a sensitive galvanometer which appeared to be related to the vigour of mental activity. There are a great many other equally remarkable things that he has done, such as reducing old rubber from truck tires to the state of a viscous fluid which is readily vulcanizable without the addition of smoke sheet as is necessary with other processes; also a high frequency therapeutic device, and numerous other devices which show great ingenuity. Signed, Murray O. Hayes, PhD.

[p.55] You asked some questions at that time that I could not answer on account of my lack of knowledge, both of science and the detail construction of the machine of Dr Moray’s that we were talking about. There was one thing in particular that you asked about and that I know I did not make clear in my answer, and that was in regard to the setup of the six 100-watt lamps. You asked if they were set up in multiple or series, and this question was especially brought up as we were referring to the very small wire, which a N. 50, which I stated was used in connection with the operation of said lamps. Since my return to Salt Lake, I have gone over this matter and find that the 6 lamps are set up in parallel and the small wire is used as the current enters the tube prior to and connecting with the step-down transformer, this taking the terrific high voltage to the transformer. In other words, I am trying to say to you that this is a terrific high voltage, and we are using the word “terrific” because it has been demonstrated that this is an exceedingly high voltage because it will [jump] through an arc flash at least 6 inches and in excess. Another thing that you asked me about was the measuring of the voltage or amperage, and I know I did not answer to your satisfaction. However, I must now state “the frequency is so high that I have no instrument in my laboratory that is able to measure the amperage or the voltage at this frequency” Dr Murray Hayes has examined most carefully and knows the construction of Dr Moray’s machine, knows the theory in detail, has practically prepared the papers for patent applications… Now here is where things get interesting.

[p. 161] The original patent application was first filed in 1931. This application was rejected on a number of bases. First (Figure 17), “Because no means was provided for causing the cathode to emit an appreciable number of electrons, the current produced in the cathode by the antenna will not heat the cathode to a temperature at which an appreciable number of electrons per second are emitted” (In other words, according to Thomas E. Robinson, Commissioner of Patents, a solid state device, a transistor, cannot possible work). Second, because “No natural source of electric wave energy is known to the Examiner and proof of the existence of such a source is required”. In other words, it was not enough for Moray to demonstrate the effect of the energy source; he also had to identify it, which he could not do…

[p. 186] In 1942, shortly after World War II began for the United States, Henry moray attempted to rebuild a Radiant Energy Device, using the remaining bit of what was known as the “Swedish Stone”. This material, which was the heart of his original RE detector, he had never been able to duplicate, and the shortage of this material limited the amount of power he could draw. Consequently, in the large unit, he developed a second detector that forced him into extensive research involving nuclear materials and radioactive reactions. He became deeply involved in the study of synthetic radioactivity as described by Gustave LeBon in his book, The Evolution of Matter

[p. 188] The years slipped by and from time to time Henry and I would discuss his notes and go over the drawings. He spent most of his time [ca. 1950] working on what he called the “counter-balance” to eliminate the need for an antenna…

For the many who find this all a little astounding, I cannot continue without mentioning another modern thinker who because of scientific bias and prejudice gets little recognition today. I am referring to Walter Russell also known by some as “The Man Who Tapped the Secrets of The Universe,” “The Modern Leonardo,” and “The Most Versatile Man in America.”

I wonder how many readers actually know of him and his recognized contributions to science and modern thought. Please answer the poll in the right hand side bar.

Walter Russell is also remembered as a musician, painter, sculptor, architectural designer, philosopher, and natural scientist. Walter had little or no formal education; he dropped out of school in grade 8 at the age of ten in order to help support his family. With a sense of deep inner connection to life, he becoming a world class pianist, artist, sculptor, writer, architect and figure skater. He was commissioned as a sculptor for Franklin Delanore Roosevelt, and considered nationally famous for painting the children of notable Americans including the children of Theodore Roosevelt. When first working as an illustrator Walter Russell met Mark Twain who greatly admired him and remained a life long friend. As president of the arts and science academy Walter Russell designed medals to commemorate the contributors to arts and science such as John Phillips Sousa.

Thomas J. Watson president of International Business Machines invited Walter Russell to lecture to his employees on better business practices, which Dr. Russell did for twelve years. Thomas Watson credits Walter Russell with revolutionizing business practices and starting a movement of world peace through balanced trade.

In 1921, Walter Russell experienced a spiritual experience he relates as a 39-day cosmic illumination. From what he learned in the experience, coupled with studies in traditional science, he formulated the “Russell Cosmogony” that he introduced through his books The Universal One, The Russell Genero-Radiative Concept, The Secret of Light, and A New Concept of the Universe.

Although scoffed at by the scientific community of his time, in 1926 he sent out over five hundred copies of The Universal One to the leading world scientists. It included the position of elements missing in the Mendeleef Periodic Elements Chart, including the radioactive ones. He was later to be recognized for identifying new elements in the Periodic Table that are now being echoed in quantum physics.

Walter Russell’s comments on the ‘Vacuum of Space’: “The greatest error of science is in relation to space. Science thinks of space either as a void or as ether through which solids of matter travel. The fact is that space travels with its solids, for each solid is surrounded by a minus zero equal-and-opposite vacuity of the plus zero which we call matter. Matter floats in these insulating spatial counterparts. Positive electricity is accountable for the solids and negative electricity is accountable for the space. All matter comes out of space by the action of positive electricity and is returned to space by the action of negative electricity. White-hot suns come from the blackness of cold space and cold space radiates from hot suns. The matter of space consists of holes surrounded by corpuscular solids, while the matter of solids consists of small dense cores surrounded by vast tenuous holes of space. The very purpose of the hot suns is to act as crucibles for melting the raw materials which the Creator needs for expressing the idea of the universe. Contrarily, the very purpose of space is to cool the melted matter set out in order that it may become conditioned for the complex expressions of Creation. The two-way interchange between spatial holes and material solids is continuous.”

Walter Russell’s revelations regarding the principles of the unity of universal law brought the validity and wholeness of many current theories into question, including some of Newton’s fundamental principles. His new view of the periodic table of elements led him to the prediction of the existence of plutonium, which was soon after discovered. He also predicted elements as yet unknown to mankind but have their mathematical placement in his charts, and the creation of heavy water required for the process of releasing nuclear energy. Walter Russell’s periodic table and the unified wavelength principle which his table is based, was not adopted fully despite these discoveries because it defies much of current scientific thought about the nature of the evolution of matter.

Walter Russell delivered this address, below, at the Hotel Pennsylvania in New York on May 13, 1939, at the annual convention of The Eastern Electronic Association: Hydrogen is the most plentiful substance that the sun generates in its outer atmosphere, and the most plentiful of our outer atmosphere beyond twenty miles. Our oceans are inexhaustible storehouses of voided hydrogen, which can be regenerated to active hydrogen.

I shall talk to you tonight about the reality of space as an equal partner with the solids of matter, which floats in it. I shall also talk to you about the hydrogen age which is at our door, for an intimate knowledge of space is also at our door and it is that knowledge of space which will give us our hydrogen age. Also it will give us our new cosmogony. In fact, the very secrets of life and death, which have eluded man for ages, lie within knowledge of space.

This subject is very timely because of the concern of the present generation over the fuel problems of future generations. One of our distinguished scientists delivered an address recently, which was pessimistic in regard to future progress. My talk tonight is not only a more hopeful answer, but it is also a general protest against the expanding universe theory, which modern science has conceived out of misinterpretations of natural phenomena.

This idea that the universe is committing suicide has grown out of the unbalanced, one-way theory of the universe created by modern science, which investigates matter to form its conclusions and as yet knows practically nothing about space. With knowledge of space, the dying universe, and its authority in the unbalanced second law of thermodynamics would be impossible. Our distinguished scientist said that we had nearly reached the end of the tremendous progress of the last century. In fifty years from now, he states, we would be going on about as now with only slight improvements. In fifty years our oil supply will be exhausted; our coal will last for a thousand years, but we will probably not be able to get more work out of a pound of coal than we do now. Hence our enforced stoppage of progress. Let me quote him: “There are, I think, no other possible sources of power of comparable cheapness. When the oil and coal are gone, we shall get our power directly from the sun through solar motors, or wind mills, or tidal machines, or else directly through growing and burning plants.”

Unlimited Hydrogen: the Cheapest and Best Fuel It is very saddening to hear such an eminent scientist repeat the fears of past ages of men who insisted that we would have to go to bed in the dark when the whales were all killed. But sadder still is the lack of vision of all the scientists who fail to see an unlimited supply of hydrogen, the cheapest and best fuel the world has ever known, waiting for man to use it. Hydrogen is the most plentiful substance, which the sun generates in its outer atmosphere, and the most plentiful of our outer atmosphere beyond twenty miles. Also, our oceans are inexhaustible storehouses of voided hydrogen, which can be regenerated to active hydrogen. Before the whales were all killed, man’s intelligence gave us kerosene and gas, then coal and gasoline. Before these are exhausted, his intelligence will give us hydrogen. Do you realize what the coming of hydrogen in plentiful quantities would mean to the world? Let me stimulate your imagination by picturing an ocean liner manufacturing its own fuel, as it is needed, from either the water under it or the air above it, in one room of the capacity of one or two of its coal bunkers. It would not even need storage space for extra supply, for the hydrogen generators would be in the very fire chambers under the boilers. Do not tell me that there is no hydrogen in air, for if you do, I will tell you that there is none in water. Water, air, hydrogen, and oxygen are not things; they are conditions of the light of the sun and the dark of space from which they sprang.

We Must Know the Secrets of the Structure of Space Through knowledge; we can supply the conditions that will give us hydrogen by voiding nitrogen as simply as we can supply the conditions that yield those elements by voiding water. By knowing how Nature blankets our earth with miles of hydrogen above the nitrogen and how the sun produces the conditions for making its huge hydrogen bonfires, we can do likewise. To acquire this knowledge one must know the secrets of the structure of space, for space is just fifty percent of the universal potential, a fact which science has not yet suspected. Science already knows the chemical relation of hydrogen to water, but it has never suspected the spatial relation of hydrogen to nitrogen, which forms 88% of the lower part of the insulating blanket that we call air. When this spatial relation is known, it will have so great an effect upon the new world of its making that a new chemistry will be ushered into our civilization, a chemistry which will take spatial pressures into partnership with material ones, as it should. After all, the upper-earth hydrogen blanket is separated (and also insulated) from the surface-of-earth oxygen by the nitrogenous strata of a valence equalling the two. Nitrogen can therefore be easily voided and replaced by incandescent hydrogen, such as is found in the sun’s upper atmosphere.

Elements of Matter Are Not Permanently Existent To comprehend my meaning; you must disabuse your minds of the idea that the elements are permanently existent, for they are not. Metals are entirely voided in their salts, oxides, and silicates, and both hydrogen and oxygen are as entirely voided by water as sound is voided by silence. There is no such thing as transmutation of one element into another. One never can become another for each is voided when another condition makes its continuance impossible and another one possible. Hydrogen flames leap for thousands of miles into the sun’s atmosphere, yet there is no hydrogen at all upon the sun’s surface until the time of its leaping into flame. If the amount of hydrogen, which explodes from the sun’s surface in one week, existed upon the sun, there would be no sun. It would explode. The sun generates hydrogen and burns it simultaneously, and an ocean liner could do the same. Elements are not things; they are conditions. Produce a certain condition which is the pattern for hydrogen, or carbon dioxide, or sodium chloride, and they appear from space into which they continually disappear when the conditions are favourable, exactly as apples appear as the solids of apples and disappear as the gases of apples when conditions favour each stage of each cycle. Science has already discovered the conditions necessary for producing hydrogen by voiding water, but by the primitive, cumbersome, and expensive method known as electrolysis. If the sun could speak, it would be very satirical about the inability of humans to perceive so obvious a thing as the sun’s method of solving its fuel problems in plentiful fashion.

Elements Are But Different Conditions of Light Pressures The trouble with humans is in forming wrong conclusions in relation to Nature’s expressions. We think, for example, that elements are different substances and that each substance is permanently existent as such. That is not true. Elements are but different conditions of light pressures. They are the raw materials for the fashioning of Creation’s images in the patterns controlled by light waves. They appear when the pressure necessary for their conditions appear and disappear when those pressure conditions cease. Every element in each octave occupies its own pressure position in its wave. Each element seems to be a different substance as the electric pressure conditions of each position in each wave of matter changes. However, it is not the substance that changes, it is the condition of the substance. Voidance and re-creation is one of the simplest and most obvious principles of Nature. I cannot imagine how it has escaped discovery during the centuries. Oxygen, for example, is voided when you breathe it in. You produce a condition that calls for the pattern of carbon dioxide, and oxygen, as raw material, is as voided as though it never was. Iron, likewise, voids oxygen and oxygen voids iron by rusting. And so it goes all down through the octave waves.

The True Nature of Space The greatest error of science is in relation to space. Science thinks of space either as a void or as ether through which solids of matter travel. Sir Oliver Lodge tried to find a drag in this ether caused by the earth’s passage through it, but could not; therefore, he came to the conclusion that there was nothing there. The fact is that space travels with its solids, for each solid is surrounded by a minus zero equal-and-opposite vacuity of the plus zero which we call matter. Matter floats in these insulating spatial counterparts. Positive electricity is accountable for the solids and negative electricity is accountable for the space. The potential of solids is unequal, volume for volume, to the space that surrounds it, but space and its solids as wholes are equal to each other in potential. This makes the condition possible for performing what science calls work, which necessitates a high and low potential for inter-oscillation. The centripetal power of gravity in great whirling nebula as expressed by positive electricity is winding energy uphill into those hot balls of fire, which hang in cold space by those two black arms in each spiral nucleus. Gravitation, uphill flow of energy, and positive electricity are the same thing. Likewise, the two fiery white arms of such nebula are unwinding the cosmic clock by the centrifugal power of negative electricity, which science calls radiant energy. The black arms represent as great a force as the white suns, for matter is formed from them. Our scientist friend says that the second law of thermodynamics is as firmly established as the law of gravitation. That could not be possible, for gravitation is an uphill flow of energy, and believers in the second law of thermodynamics refuse to concede the possibility of a simultaneous equal and opposite balance between the uphill and downhill flow of energy. In fact, that law is based upon the belief that energy flows only downhill. All matter comes out of space by the action of positive electricity and is returned to space by the action of negative electricity. Each pair of solids in the universe is not only separated by its spatial envelope, but is insulated by space from contact with other solids. For this reason, it is impossible for two particles of matter actually to come in contact with each other. Also, the path of every two solids in the universe is controlled by two foci, which keep the entire universe in balance. One of these foci represents density and the other one represents vacuity.

Absolute Balance in Nature The most conspicuously obvious thing about all cause and effect in this universe is Balance. The second law of thermodynamic reeks with unbalance. It has no place whatsoever in Nature. Every effect in Nature is based upon the wave and the wave is absolute in its balance. There is nothing in Nature outside of the wave; therefore, there can be no unbalanced thing in Nature. The entire universe of motion is expressed by positive and negative electric opposites, which thrust away from each other in just the reverse manner from that which the Coulomb Law sets forth. Positive electricity charges through gravitation. The falling rain charges and heats the earth. Negative electricity discharges through radiation. The rising vapours discharge and cool the earth. Both expressions are equal and opposite. Expansion cannot exceed contraction. Each is actually the cause of the other. They spring from each other and their continuity constitutes a cycle, which could be recorded thus: heat radiates, radiation expands, expansion cools, cold generates, generation contracts, and contraction heats.

A New Cosmogony Time will not permit further development of this idea, so I will conclude by saying that the hydrogen age could be here within a year or two if it were not for the tremendous resistance set up by modern science to the most obvious simple truths of Nature. I know these secrets of space, which will give hydrogen to science, but my cosmogony is so radically different from that of modern science that every attempt to give voice to it meets with the usual fate of those whose ideas do not fit conventional patterns. In order that it may not be lost to the world, I have put all this knowledge of space and the electric octave wave from which all things come into a book called The Cosmic Plan.1 Any scientist who comprehends the principles laid down in that book can produce hydrogen the way the sun produces it, or the way space enfolds our planet with it. There are principles laid down in that book which will make a new world, but it cannot be printed until I can print it at my own expense because publishers submit my manuscripts to orthodox physicists for their approval of it. They might as well submit a book by Galileo to the Pope. The Cosmic Plan is a new cosmogony, which differs as much from this present one as the Copernican cosmogony differs from its Ptolemaic predecessor. Naturally, the orthodox believer in the theory of the dying, one-way, unbalanced universe will not approve of a theory of a two-way, balanced, living universe. Scientists regard me as sort of an interloper in their difficult field, and I do not blame them a bit. As a sculptor I would feel the same about a physicist who thought he could revolutionize sculpture. They call me a mystic or an intuitive with a keen imagination, a person who does not use the recognized legitimate research laboratory methods of gaining knowledge.

The Universe Is But One Thing: LIGHT I might say in reply that my laboratory is God’s whole big universe of all Nature, which I have observed as a thinker and found to be very simple. I see it as a whole, not as many separate parts. To me, the universe is but one thing-light, which is expressed in octave waves of light patterned into different conditions of light, which we call the elements of matter. I do not regard the elements of matter as different substances. To me they are but different conditions of the one thing, which the two opposed electric forces have divided into pairs of many seeming opposite expressions of the one thing from which they sprang. I see no reason why man should not produce hydrogen the same way that Nature produces it. He has all the tools with which to do it when he but acquires the knowledge of Nature’s methods.

Seeming Complexities Confuse Truth is Simple Scientific observers of grains of sand in laboratories are handicapped by the kaleidoscopic multiplicity of things in their separate universes. They see their many things complexly instead of simply. Hence we find a preponderance of scientists who are merely photographers, mathematicians, statisticians, measurers, and quantity surveyors. There are too few thinkers in science and those who do think see things too complexly. Let me give you an example. Einstein once said, in effect: “It may sometime be shown that matter emerges from space, to again be swallowed up in it.” To other physicists, this seemed a very liberal and radical statement. But to me, it sounded as though a man, looking at the sun, were to say: “It may sometime be shown that the light which vitalizes things on this earth has its origin in the sun.” I wish to leave with you this one idea-that we are still primates, hardly out of the jungle, and hardly yet able to think. Anyone who tells you that we are near the end of the great progress of the last century is not taking into account our extreme youth as human thinkers. We still have so far to go that the progress of the last century will seem as nothing as compared with what will immediately follow a more intimate knowledge of space.”

Among the free-energy researchers, Russell met Nikola Tesla to discuss their cosmologies. Tesla had never made the connection between matter and energy; he believed free and unlimited energy possible. After listening to Walter Russell, Tesla urged him to, “Bury your ideas in a vault for a thousand years to await the unfolding of human consciousness to comprehend your vision.”

Like Tesla and T. Henry Moray, Russell believed in the transmutation of elements. Russell stated, “All dimension is an illusion, an appearance, due to rising potential, which must disappear into its inevitable sequence of lowering potential and again appear in endless cycles of appearance, disappearance and re-appearance. The efforts of man to transmute one element to another must be governed by this principle, and not upon the theory that another substance will be obtained by knocking out one electron.”

Walter Russell demonstrated the transmutation of gases in a research laboratory at the Westinghouse Lamp Company on September 30, 1927. Witnessed is what appeared to be the transmutation of hydrogen and oxygen to nitrogen, and then nitrogen back to oxygen and hydrogen.

On 23 March 1989 the two electrochemists Stanley Pons and Martin Fleischmann grabbed the world’s attention by announcing at a press conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, that they had observed controlled nuclear fusion in a glass jar. The excess heat measured in the experiment offered the promise of a new power source for the planet. Their experiment used an electrochemical cell with electrodes of palladium and platinum containing a solution of heavy water (water with deuterium instead of ordinary hydrogen). When a current is passed through the cell, it breaks apart the water molecules, causing deuterium atoms to collect on the palladium surface.

The work of Dr. Robert T. Bush and Robert Eagleton and their colleagues at California Polytechnic Institute achieved one of the highest recorded levels of power density production for cold fusion, similar to that of Drs. Fleischmann and Pons. It occurred in a thin film of palladium that was deposited on a silver electrode: almost three kilowatts per cubic centimeter came out. That is 30 times the power density of the fuel rods in a typical contemporary fission nuclear reactor. The cell produced several watts of excess power for almost two months.

Neutron and tritium emissions are not the most common factor of most cold fusion experiments. For the most part cold fusion reactions produce excess thermal energy, enough excess (or “latent”) energy to heat the water surrounding the electrode. Heating the water is an inherent characteristic of the electrochemical fusion reaction. These reactions have produced sufficient heat to cause water to boil. If the fusion cell is pressurized, higher temperatures can be obtained, but only low-level heat can be produced since the metal lattice tends to give deuterium at higher temperatures –S. Pons and M. Fleischmann, 1989.

The physics community long ago decided that cold fusion was a crock because no one could replicate the Pons and Fleischman work, using careful scientific methods, which were published and transparent. they made a mistake and they are not willing to admit it.

The University of Science and Philosophy www.philosophy.org founded by Walter Russell published a report on a free-energy device invented by Paul Raymond Jensen. Jensen writes, “I have built a transformer which supplies more power to its load than is drawn from its primary source. I named this device The Unidirectional Transformer (UDT) because the magnetic reaction of the load current does not affect the magnetic action of the primary circuit. The free-energy action of the UDT follows directly from the laws of magnetic circuits.” In describing his device in detail and offers the information free to the public Jensen hopes that “no one will attempt to patent and control this type of transformer. The idealist spirit is a wonderful and uplifting thing.

1999, Alex Schiffer has converted four car engines to run on orgone energy using the Joe Cell Method. This is a clean and freely available source of energy that will revolutionize society. The following are explanation of how the Joe Cell might work. As ether, ( Orgone ) has no mass or electric charge it makes it very difficult to measure. Report on the 70-mile test drive:

Well, all I can say is “who needs an Indy car when you can drive and old FORD” – WOW!!!! The first five-miles after leaving the home was wild. I had to be extremely careful on how I pressed the accelerator. I gingerly crept up to 45 MPH and that was about moving the pedal maybe a half-inch. It the throttle response was very crisp or touchy. With about a 1/8″ of movement the next thing I new I was booking at close to 80 mph. If I lifted off ever so slightly on the throttle and it felt like I was putting the brakes on and the speed would drop down to 30 mph or so. “Very erratic”. If I barely even touch or bumped the pedal it felt like I pushed the nitrous button. WOW !!!

As stated the first 5 miles were wild and things started to change. The engine started to buck or surge with very large rpm changes and literally threw me against my seat belt. It got so bad I just took my foot completely off the pedal and rode the brakes to stop the truck. The truck left skid marks on the pavement every time the engine surged in rpm. Well anyway I managed to get it stopped and shut it off with the ignition key, thank God.

I retarded the timing and turn the gasoline back on and crossed my fingers and hit the key and the engine took right off revving to may be 4000 rpm and then gradually decreased to 700 rpm. I took a deep breath and put it into drive and the truck responded close to normal again.

Comments — The current setup is not happening, I could not drive the truck in city driving, because I would be ramming the vehicles ahead of me and smoking the tires at every stop light. Still more work to do, and that is going to start this weekend. Converting the engine back to a 2-barrel carb (hell who needs a 4 barrel with this setup) so to gain more room to setup the blind fitting arrangement. Going to machine a flat Aluminium plate to set between the carb and the manifold. The adapter will be cut with a section on the front side of the carb projecting out and have a solid Aluminium stub. The stub will be where the Aluminium transfer tube will attach via a short section of hose. Will update the group after the adapter and conversion is in place and some basic testing has been accomplished. [...]

In April 2006, American experimenter Bill Williams was death-threatened by two unidentified assailants who knew all about him and his family. After announcing that he had successfully built a truck that runs on Joe Cell technology, drawing energy from water and Orgone, Bill Williams said he was approached by two men who demanded that he stop his research, threatening him with dire consequences if he didn’t.

“I was on my way home Thursday last week [April 6, 2006] and was about 3 miles from the ferry project. I stopped to check the post connection point on the Cell. I was standing in front of my truck, and this late model 2005 or 2006 Ford Explorer pulled up and park diagonally in front of my truck.

“The driver got out of the rig and walked around in front of their rig and approached me. At about the same time, the passenger opened his door.

“The driver stated that they wanted me to stop working on all forms of alternative energy. He also stated that we know everything about me, my family, and all my projects past and present.

“At about that time the passenger reached and held up a file that was about 2 or so inches thick. He opened it up and showed me telephone transcripts, emails, messages from the groups that I had belonged to.

“They knew where my kids worked, the times they are at work; also my wife’s working hours, my grandkids’ school, etc. They knew everything.

“The driver said that if I did not stop working on this (he then opened up the left side of his jacket and showed his weapon that was holstered) that there would be other consequences.

“He also stated that he wanted me to post that I was no longer working in this field and to destroy all my work, i.e. Cells, Drawings, Lab Journals, everything!

Four days later, Bill wrote the following message to the group:

“I thought I was strong but when illness to the family comes into play, I have failed. I am truly sorry. I will not be working in any form of alternative energy field anymore.”

“I destroyed my device tonight along with my written data and lab notes as per specked out.”

Low energy hydrogen can be made from ordinary hydrogen when its electrons orbit drops to about one twentieth its ² normal ² size. When this happens (in a vacuum at about 2,500 deg. Kelvin with potassium vapour as the catalyst) the hydrogen atom release up to one thousand times as much energy as needed to get hydrogen from water. This means a lot of energy is available with no pollution at all. In theory a 200 hp car using this system could go 100,000 miles on the hydrogen in a single tank of water.”Art. B. Rosenblum

Not powered by radiant energy or a greenhouse gas producing internal combustion engine and sounding impossible because it violates all scientific thought, a perpetual electric car has been invented, and H.R. Johnson, the father of Spintronics was issued a patent number 4,151,43 on April 24, 1979 for the device!

The Howard Johnson Permanent Magnet Motor patent states, “The invention is directed to the method of utilizing the unpaired electron spins in ferromagnetic and other materials as a source of magnetic fields for producing power without any electron flow as occurs in normal conductors and to permanent magnet motors for utilization of this method to produce a power source. In the practice of this invention, the unpaired electron spins occurring within permanent magnets are utilized to produce a motive power source solely through the super-conducting characteristics of a permanent magnet and the magnetic flux created by the magnets are controlled and concentrated to orient the magnetic forces generated in such a manner to do useful continuous work such as the displacement of a rotor with respect to a stator. The timing and orientation of magnetic forces at the rotor and stator components produced by permanent magnets to produce a motor is accomplished with the proper geometrical relationship of these components”.

Now consider the following: Engineers of Hitachi Magnetics Corp. of California have stated that a motor run solely by magnets is feasible and logical but the politics of the matter make it impossible for them to pursue developing a magnet motor or any device that would compete with the energy cartels.

In a book entitled, “Keely and His Discoveries” by Clara B. Moore published in 1893, we find the following statements, “The magnet that lifts a pound today if the load is gradually increased day by day will lift double that amount in time. Whence comes this energy? Keely teaches that it comes from sympathetic association with one of the currents of the polar stream and that its energy increases as long as the sympathetic flow lasts, which is through eternity”.

Permanent magnets keep their strength from 95 to 400 years. So here we have a fuelless automobile that could last lifetimes. Our ultimate motor becomes a permanent magnet motor of proper size, with speed being controlled through the automobiles transmission.

The only possible drawback to a permanent magnet motor is a vehicle accident; the shock of a crash could jar the magnets and cause them to lose power, a small price to pay for an automobile that could run all day at 60 M.P.H., use no fuel, and never need a recharge!

The next logical question seems to be, “Where do you buy one?” or perhaps, “When will we be able to buy one?” When someone constructs an automobile or other transportation device run by a permanent magnet motor attached to a differential, thus eliminating the transmission, the world will beat a path to their door, providing the energy cartel doesn’t find them first!

There is enough Hydrogen in one cubic kilometer of sea water to replace all the oil reserves on Earth.

The advent of Hydrogen and The Hydrogen Age is already here. Free hydrogen is now available without the need for new innovations in automotive production like the smartcar. Every day we hear of the need for a clean energy source to replace gasoline and diesel fuel. It has been available for a number of years already.

A British Company has come forth with a home-based hydrogen refueling station.A Scorpion sportscar model would burn gasoline and hydrogen, with an internal combustion engine burning, achieving 40 highway miles per gallon.Intergalactic Hydrogen creator of the Hydrogen Hummer builds or converts multi-fuel, hydrogen, methane, propane, biodiesel and ethanol automobiles and appliances. They also sell wind turbines, solar systems, and fuel cell kits.The U.S. Department of Energy has awarded a contract to Michigan’s Energy Conversion Devices Inc. to develop a method of converting small gasoline internal combustion engines to run on hydrogen without losing performance or durability.BMW presented us with a Hydrogen powered car. Innovative Hydrogen Solutions, Inc. of Canada has been developing an electrolysis unit that extracts hydrogen and oxygen from water and injects it into the air intake of a vehicle, to increase fuel economy by anywhere between 10% and 30%

That is a very small sampling of research and development I am sure we all hear of everyday. The thing about these approaches that stand out to me is they all fit into our current paradigm of change while maintaining the balance of the status quo. I’m willing to wager few of them will ever receive serious notice because they don’t directly address the environmental problems we face in a “minimalist way to change” that solves our energy and environmental problems in the fewest number of steps.

Would it surprise you to know that if you ran out of fuel on a cold snowy night in the middle of nowhere that you could put snow in your fuel tank and be on your way, or If you where at the sea side you could fill your tank with water from the sea and continue on your way, or even tap water from your home, that will work also.

When I think of this I can’t help thinking about the invention of the safety pin and the effect that must of had at the time.

I have to ask what happened to all his patents, and considering the indisputable truth of the validity of his technology proven by his cross country test in his modified dune buggy on nothing other than 28 gallons of water, why are we continuing to see technical briefs like The Hydrogen Economy

We hold our political leaders to high humanitarian standards. We consider their lives forfeit for crimes against humanity such as genocide. Is it not time our scientific leaders where held to as high a standard. The health of our planet and the countless millions that inhabit it hangs in the balance and is threatened because of brutish indifference among the scientific community. This is nothing new and if it wasn’t for the seriousness of the moment, even though intolerable, might not matter. As it is we have put our faith and trust and the future of our world in the hands of many who have a narrow minded follow the money approach to problem solving and even though solutions exist they are not being introduced.

Those responsible for the suppression of the advent of these technologies need to look around and take stock of the daily unrest caused by not adopting these new technologies. Daily we hear stories of melting ice caps, rising oceans, melting glaciers, drying riverbeds, heating oceans and storms as have never been seen before. We hear of the millions of people displaced by these changes. People who’s human right to happiness is forever ruptured and destroyed. It will never be the same!

Who has the guts to take responsibility? Who has the guts to say the buck stops here? Who is willing to admit their indulgences are responsible for the suffering of the millions Suffering because of the unnecessary global change we are experiencing today?

Those that are ready to, are worthy of my respect.

Is humanity so prideful that it thinks it can get away with any disturbance of the natural order? In this world of cause and effect, man by population numbers is a force of nature, but nature is still in charge. Are we to believe we are standing on the eve of destruction, (the facts are, many are dying and loosing everything as you read this!) because we are poorly informed, close minded, pig headed, or kept in the dark, by our governments or entrenched power bases that depend on man made explosive and combustion technologies rather than natures implosive way of expansion and growth?

Universal Rights of Mother Earth

We are at a crossroad, a turning point in the life of “man” where the paramount question is no longer how we treat each other, but how we treat the delicate balance of the biosphere that supports us.

How we treat our home in space “Mother Earth” will determine whether man, all other species under the water, on the ground, and in the air, will continue to exist.

We are no longer simply subjects of the forces of nature. We because of our numbers and our science, are a force of nature.

On July 09, 2008 when I wrote my following appeal for “A defend-able declaration of natures rights”, It was at that moment my deepest desire for manifest solutions to the possible hard times ahead. Only in my wildest dream did I ever believe I’d see it done.

The first section is my appeal followed by The Universal Rights of Mother Nature, now before the United Nations.

Mine

In the past cultures that where close to nature showed a reverence that spoke of being at one with the Earth. In expressions that manifested as a spirit that would not disturb a twig in passing, or taking more than needed for one’s self or family. The oral traditions that taught this reverence for the Earth and it’s ways are becoming lost in a world that is no longer in harmony with nature, a world peopled by beings that sees only an exploitable resource to satisfy their less than venerable motives.

There is a Universal Declaration of Human Rights to declare standards that enforced protect living human beings. I know It’s an odd human self absorbed term, we also have humane societies to protect the rights of animals.

The question; is our mother earth not a living being that resonates with all it’s own living attributes in ways that sustain us and the whole biosphere. Is it not time a Common Law Declaration of Nature’s Rights be drafted and defended by laws with the same weight and force as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to protect that holistic integrity.

It’s now time to decide where in history we will be remembered with regard to our stand on the greatest issues mankind has ever faced.

We stand on the threshold; an ever narrowing time frame; with only a few years to correct problems that took several centuries to create.

The question to be answered is; as a civilization are we going to continue to focus in on the small wonder, self absorbed, vain-glorious, self-aggrandizing, narrow minded, personal, family, and tribal narcissistic habits of the past. Or as a global consciousness of men and women; compassionately take responsibility for the devastation our unbridled sense gratification is causing and will cause to the hundreds of millions of men and women and perhaps billions of men and women around the world as time marches on.

While you ponder all the possibilities think of the species going extinct, tens of millions of the most common birds in North America have disappeared. In some species of birds the numbers have dropped by 60-80 percent.

The honeybees are also disappearing. Without their help in pollination most of the plant life we depend on will have only four years to survive.

Think of the ice caps melting and the sea levels rising; if all the ice melts low lying delta lands and sovereign Island Countries like The Maldives, The Netherlands, and the vast region from the coast of India to Mumbai will disappear displacing forever over 100,000,000 million people.

Think of the massive rising tide of unprecedented storms created by the warming oceans in the tropics that have the power to devastate coastal cities that stood for hundreds of years.

Think not only of the hundreds you hear of dying now daily, the loss of property, and way of life of those already suffering; think of the possible billions that will suffer in the future if something is not done to stem the tide.

Ask yourself am I being the natural human being I was born to be and most important; is my body writing cheques my spirit can`t afford to pay.

There are solution! You will be amazed to find out there are technologies available that according to scientists make it necessary to re-write or modify some entrenched and conservative thinking regarding the second law of thermal-dynamics; all effects can be demonstrated and reproduced.

Self sustaining power generators that generate more power than they use scalable for home installation like a furnace. That means you can be off-grid and never pay for hydro or any kind of fuel again.

There are car engines that can run on tap water, sea water, or even snow or simple compressed air or the newly rediscovered universally present ion power, or captured from the magnetism of the earth. Better yet a magnetic motor that never needs servicing or fuel and can last up to 400 years that would make the use of fossil fuels obsolete or another model that generates a sell-able surplus when not being used to transport you around.

Do we carry on in the belief that it would be to disturbing to make the changes necessary and selfishly destroy the Earth rendering it useless for future generations. That sounds like mass genocide to me. Or morally shoulder the responsibility of making the adjustments necessary to atune with the planet no matter what the short term cost may be.

UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE RIGHTS OF MOTHER EARTH

[draft February 2010]

Preamble

We, the peoples of Earth:

gratefully acknowledging that Mother Earth gives us life, nourishes and teaches us and provides us with all that we need to live well;

recognizing that Mother Earth is an indivisible community of diverse and interdependent beings with whom we share a common destiny and to whom we must relate in ways that benefit Mother Earth;acknowledging that by attempting to dominate and exploit Mother Earth and other beings, humans have caused severe destruction, degradation and disruption of the life-sustaining communities, processes and balances of Mother Earth which now threatens the well being and existence of many beings;

conscious that this destruction is also harmful to our inner well being and is offensive to the many faiths, wisdom traditions and indigenous cultures for whom Mother Earth is sacred;

acutely conscious of the critical importance and urgency of taking decisive, collective action to prevent humans causing climate change and other impacts on Mother Earth that threaten the well being and survival of humans and other beings;

accepting our responsibility to one another, future generations and Mother Earth to heal the damage caused by humans and to pass on to future generations values, traditions, and institutions that support the flourishing of Mother Earth;

convinced that in order for communities of humans and other beings to flourish we must establish systems for governing human behavior that recognize the inalienable rights of Mother Earth and of all beings that are part of her;

convinced that the fundamental freedoms and rights of Mother Earth and of all beings should be protected by the rule of law, and that the corresponding duties of human beings to respect and defend these rights and freedoms should be enforced by law;

proclaim this Universal Declaration of the Rights of Mother Earth to complement the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and to serve as a common standard by which the conduct of all human beings, organizations, and cultures can be guided and assessed; and

pledge ourselves to cooperate with other human communities, public and private organizations, governments, and the United Nations, to secure the universal and effective recognition and observance of the fundamental freedoms, rights and duties enshrined in this Declaration, among all the peoples, cultures and states of Earth.

Article 1. Fundamental rights, freedoms and duties

Mother Earth is an indivisible, self-regulating community of interrelated beings each of whom is defined by its relationships within this community and with the Universe as a whole. Fundamental aspects of these relationships are expressed in this Declaration as inalienable rights, freedoms and duties.
These fundamental rights, freedoms and duties arise from the same source as existence and are inherent to all beings, consequently they are inalienable, cannot be abolished by law, and are not affected by the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory within which a being exists.
All beings are entitled to all the fundamental rights and freedoms recognized in this Declaration without distinction of any kind, such as may be made between organic, living beings and inorganic, non-living beings, or on the basis of sentience, kind, species, use to humans, or other status.
Just as human beings have human rights, other beings may also have additional rights, freedoms and duties that are specific to their species or kind and appropriate for their role and function within the communities within which they exist.
The rights of each being are limited by the rights of other beings to the extent necessary to maintain the integrity, balance and health of the communities within which it exists.

Article 2. Fundamental rights of Mother Earth

Mother Earth has the right to exist, to persist and to continue the vital cycles, structures, functions and processes that sustain all beings.

Article 3. Fundamental rights and freedoms of all beings

Every being has:

the right to exist;
the right to habitat or a place to be;
the right to participate in accordance with its nature in the ever-renewing processes of Mother Earth;
the right to maintain its identity and integrity as a distinct, self-regulating being;
the right to be free from pollution, genetic contamination and human modifications of its structure or functioning that threaten its integrity or healthy functioning; and
the freedom to relate to other beings and to participate in communities of beings in accordance with its nature.

Article 4. Freedom of animals from torture and cruelty

Every animal has the right to live free from torture, cruel treatment or punishment by human beings.

Article 5. Freedom of animals from confinement and removal from habitat

No human being has the right to confine another animal or to remove it from its habitat unless doing so is justifiable with reference to the respective rights, duties and freedoms of both the human and other animal concerned.
Any human being that confines or keeps another animal must ensure that it is free to express normal patterns of behavior, has adequate nourishment and is protected from injury, disease, suffering and unreasonable fear, pain, distress or discomfort.

Article 6. Fundamental duties of human beings

Human beings have a special responsibility to avoid acting in violation of this Declaration and must urgently establish values, cultures, and legal, political, economic and social systems consistent with this Declaration that:

promote the full recognition, application and enforcement of the freedoms, rights and duties set out in this Declaration;
ensure that the pursuit of human wellbeing contributes to the wellbeing of Mother Earth, now and in the future;
prevent humans from causing harmful disruptions of vital ecological cycles, processes and balances, and from compromising the genetic viability and continued survival of other species;
ensure that the damage caused by human violations of the freedoms, rights and duties in this Declaration is rectified where possible and that those responsible are held accountable for restoring the integrity and healthy functioning of affected communities; and
enable people to defend the rights of Mother Earth and of all beings.

Article 7. Protection of the law

Every being has –

the right to be recognised everywhere as a subject before the law;
the right to the protection of the law and to an effective remedy in respect of human violations or attacks on the rights and freedoms recognized in this Declaration;
the right to equal protection of the law; and
the right to equal protection against any discrimination by humans in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Article 8. Human education

Every human being has the right to be educated about Mother Earth and how to live in accordance with this Declaration.
Human education must develop the full potential of human beings in a way that promotes a love of Mother Earth, compassion, understanding, tolerance and affection among all humans and between humans and other beings, and the observance of the fundamental freedoms, rights and duties in this Declaration.

Article 9. Interpretation

The term “being” refers to natural beings which exist as part of Mother Earth and includes a community of other beings and all human beings regardless of whether or not they act as a corporate body, state or other legal person.
Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms in it.
Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as restricting the recognition of other fundamental rights, freedoms or duties of all or specified beings.
